Feasibility Studies
These assist developers in at an early stage of a project to determine viability. It can be anything from a cost per unit or cost per square meter assessment to a more detailed estimate or cost plan.
Insurance Replacement Cost Assessments
Insurance replacement (or reinstatement) cost assessments provide asset owners with the insurable value for their properties in case of the worst-case scenario of partial property destruction. We recommend these be carried out every three years, although indexing using the building price index can be used in between those times.
Should there be an insurance claim, Alto can assess the any damage and provide an independent cost assessment.
Council Cost Estimates
A council cost report is prepared for local councils in NSW in conjunction with the development application or construction certificate. They are prepared to determine the fees that the property owner needs to pay. We have prepared these for many councils in NSW.
Sinking Funds / Whole of Life Cost Assessments
Sinking Funds / Whole of Life Assessments assists owners and body corporates in understanding the overall cost to operate their property over a certain duration (often up to 20 years). With excellent understanding of construction costs we are well qualified to forecast the cost of future replacement depending on usable life.
